  Figure 1 is a block diagram of a setup used to analyze the radiated power from a LinkSys WAP54G, Wireless Access Point.  Since the DCA3K Down Converter Assembly converts power received by the wave-guide antenna in the 2.1 to 3 GHz range to 100 to 1000 MHz, 2000 MHz should be added to the center frequency displayed on the spectrum analyzer display image of Figure 2.  Adding 2000 MHz to the center frequency displayed on the spectrum analyzer display of Figure 2 yields the center frequency of the radiated power, 2.436 GHz.  The power level intercepted by the waveguide antenna is calculated by subtracting the DCA3K conversion gain (26.7 dB) and Waveguide Antenna gain (12 dB) from the power level displayed by the spectrum analyzer (-24 dBm).  This calculation yields the following result: -62.7 dBm.
